We know how exciting it is to receive your Koala Kartel goodies, so we do our best to get them to you fast and fuss-free.

Processing Time:
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from our warehouse in Australia.

Standard Delivery (Australia):

  • 2–6 business days

  • Flat rate: $11.30 or FREE on orders over $100

Tracking:

πŸ” RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your purchase β€” but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Tags must be attached

Exchanges:
Need a different size? No worries! Send us an email and we’ll help organize an exchange if stock is available.

Refunds:
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method (minus shipping costs) once received and inspected.

Return Shipping:

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is faulty)

  • We recommend using a tracked service
